Skratch is a powerful herbal formula, designed to soothe and comfort itching and support the digestive system. The digestive support that Skratch offers is essential to help soothe and maintain healthy skin. Recent information has shown how important the digestive system is to the impact on your horses' skin. This is why our Skratch formula contains herbs that will aid normal digestion. Other formulae useful for itching can be used together with SkratchPlus: Black Salt, Cold pressed FlaxOil.
For issues with flies, we recommend using FlyFree. Due to sharing some of the same ingredients we don't recommend using Skratch and FlyFree together. To read more about FlyFree click here
Ingredients: Turmeric, Indian Barberry, Cedar, Hay, Chebulic Myrobalan, Horseradish, Holy Basil, Trailing Eclipta, Winter Cherry, Amla, Long Pepper, Ginger, Black Pepper, Makoi, Creat, Gale of the Wind, Boarhavia Diffusa, Mango Bark, Guduchi Extract, Apple Flavouring, Amla Extract, Winter Cherry Extract, Holy Basil Extract, Mango Bark Extract.
Feeding Instructions:
- Feed 2x25ml scoops twice daily for an average 500kg horse.
- Reduce to half this amount for maintenance levels.
- Skratch can be fed throughout the year.
- Suitable for all horses and ponies.
- Introduce to feed slowly and gradually build up to full feeding rate

We find Skratch works well on natives during coat changes and fly season. A small amount in their feed really does relieve them from being itchy. Easy to recommend.

I have started using this early in the year and so far seem to be having good results. My itchy Shetland has stopped scratching and seems to like the taste. Here’s hoping it continues to work all summer!

After having difficulty with other suppliers of Global Herbs I've returned to the source. Very happy with delivery times and highly recommend using Skratch. It's certainly helped my ponies.
I'm still on loading dose for another week but have definately seen a good response. My cob is no longer trying to destroy his shelter while using it to scratch from nose to tail. Very pleased do far
