Job Description:
As a Production Operative at Global Herbs Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient and effective production of our products. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday. Candidates must be able to commute to our offices in Chichester, West Sussex. Primary responsibilities will include:

Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment.

Monitoring the production process and carrying out basic testing and quality checks.

Assembling goods on the production line, including labelling and packaging.

Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures.

Reporting any equipment faults or issues to the supervisor.

Keeping the production area clean and organized.
Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation: Efficiently operate machinery to maintain the flow of production.

Quality Control: Conduct regular checks to ensure products meet quality standards.

Assembly: Assemble products accurately and efficiently, adhering to production guidelines.

Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.

Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet production targets.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
