BlackSalt is known to be a great digestive tonic and source of trace minerals. It is a useful soother of bowel function and itchy skin conditions.

Pure BlackSalt, Feed a good pinch (2g) daily for an average 500kg horse. BlackSalt can be fed throughout the year. The core mineral is found in the Himalaya from Pakistan & Northern India. BlackSalt only becomes 'Black Salt' or 'Sambar Salt' after being heated through according to traditional ayurvedic methods.

Have been feeding black salt to ponies all summer and the wee sweet ich shetland pony definitely scratches less and kept his mane just. Horrible smell though especially when dampened.

I recently brought a new tub of your fantastic Black Salt and it changed colour to an off white. The girls still love it and has many benefits to them from bowel habits to itchy bums. Please try this for any pony or horse 🐎 that might showing signs of sweet-itch, you will see a huge difference.
