The mix of herbs are great for the oldies, this is our first time of trying for a couple of our rescue veterans, we are hoping they will in time increase their health and wellbeing

Although living in France, I have been a loyal customer of your products for about 15 years as I think they are the best on the market. I found your company online in 2010 when my beloved Welsh Cob came down with severe laminitis. The vets were no real help but thanks to our fantastic blacksmith and your wonderful products we were able to give her comfort and ease for 4 years before she died of a heart attack.
Since then I have used your products regularly, especially Global vite and Veteran Plus. Veteran Plus has been a great help in maintaining the general health of our old horse, now 27, who, although going rather white, is still as lively as ever and can be ridden for short periods. I am now also giving it to my arab mare, 19, who has developed arthritis. It helps enormously. Before that I gave her Supercalm and Frisky Mare plus as she is hormonal and temperamental.

Then came Brexit. What a disaster!! Your staff are as efficient as ever at packing and sending the goods, but now I never know when they are going to arrive. It can take 3-5 weeks for an order to come. This is obviously not your fault but it does mean I have to make an order well in advance. My last order arrived very quickly - in just over two weeks. Beautifully packaged as usual and in perfect condition. Unfortunately my previous order never arrived - and still has not to this day. I contacted your office and was impressed by the speed of the reply, the courteousness of the email and the speed at which you refunded my money. Thank you. Such excellent customer service is rare.

The main issue at the moment - thank you Brexit - is the vast amount I have to pay the French authorities to allow my order to be delivered. Sometimes I can pay on line, but more often or not the postman asks for cash at the gate. On this last order of about £180 I had to pay 62 euros!!! They only take cash at the gate and never have any change.
I know this is not your fault and charges must be paid, but is there any way the charges could be calculated and paid before the package is sent to avoid further delay and frustration?

I initially used Global Herbs for the respiratory problems my horse was experiencing, after using Airways Plus his symptoms disappeared. I have gone on to use other supplements in conjunction with the Airways Plus to support his overall health and am proud to say my 23 year old warmblood looks and acts like a 12 year old.

I think this makes a good all round supplement to boost my 30 year old Irish sport horse's general health, adding the things he cannot find in his field, particularly during the winter months.
